Max helped us buy our first home. Coming from NYC area, as first time home buyers we weren't even sure about the specific neighborhoods, and were a little all over the map (short hills/chatham/ridge in NJ and even NY state Scarsdale area). He pointed us to the different people for areas outside his own expertise and worked with us patiently by answering all our questions and giving us the facts. Our home buying process turned out to be rather complicated. Multiple offers on the house we bid, parallel negotiations on another over an extended period of time, and finally COVID complicated our mortgage process.
